| For Equestrians
Therapy and professional support for people in the equestrian community.
Horses have shaped much of my life.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than fifteen years coaching riders, training horses and studying behaviour and behaviourism.
Today I bring those worlds together. If you're part of the equestrian community, you'll be working with someone who already understands the culture, the pressures and the unique place horses can hold in our lives.

What I Can Help With
Work With Me
For equestrians and equestrian professionals seeking personal support, therapy offers space to work through what is happening beneath the surface—whether the issue sits within the horse world, outside it, or across both. Sessions are available online, with the option of a single session or ongoing work.
I am also available to present talks and workshops for riding clubs, breed societies, veterinary teams and equestrian organisations. Sessions can be tailored to your group and may explore topics such as stress, confidence, emotional regulation, communication, burnout and equine behaviour/training.

Equestrian Experiance
I have spent more than 15 years working as a professional equestrian coach, horse trainer and breeder.
This was supported by formal study:
-
Diploma of Equitation Science ~ Equitation Science International
-
Diploma of Horse Business Management ~ Marcus Oldham College
My experience covers dressage, show jumping, eventing, working equitation, and the stock horse and cattle industries.
