Begin Therapy

therapy doesn't require you to have everything figured out. You don't need the right words or a clear plan.
You simply need a place to start.

Whether this is your first experience of therapy, you're changing therapists, or returning after a break, it's natural to have questions.

My hope is that by the time you've finished reading, you'll have a clear understanding of whether working together feels like the right next step.

What can you expect?

A collaborative process.

You bring your experiences, strengths and hopes for change.

I bring clinical knowledge, curiosity, and a steady presence.

Together we walk the path towards change.

My Approach

Understand, Practice, Change.

Lasting change involves understanding why our patterns developed, practising new skills, and bringing that knowledge into everyday life.

Together we’ll work to understand the patterns that shaped your life, practise new ways of responding, and gradually create lasting change.

Working Together

Some people come for a single conversation.

Some drop in now and then.

Others choose regular meetings for a time to build new skills, deepen understanding, or work through long-standing patterns over time.

All styles are welcomed.

What People Say

I love our philosophical meandering conversations.

You always respect my viewpoint and don't 'push' me. You let me find my way.

I was surprised to get something from just one session. It was really helpful.
