As a professional equestrian trainer and competitor, business owner, academic and amateur obstacle course racer; achieving optimal personal performance is always top of my mind.

There is both joy and power in knowing how YOU best perform.


As a coach my aim is to facilitate your personal growth and achievement. Knowing the core elements of what motivates optimal performance in us as individuals is key; figuring out what they are sometimes requires some support and assistance! 

 

We are all wired differently; the road to success looks different for all of us.

** All sessions completed via zoom.

  • Single 1:1 coaching session/s @ the introductory price of $110 per session (1 hour).​​
