As a professional equestrian trainer and competitor, business owner, academic and amateur obstacle course racer; achieving optimal personal performance is always top of my mind.

As a coach my aim is to facilitate your personal growth and achievement. Knowing the core elements of what motivates optimal performance in us as individuals is key; figuring out what they are sometimes requires some support and assistance!
